1) Order Processing & Fulfillment

Made to Order: Each item is produced on demand through our print partners (Printify network).

Processing Time: 2–5 business days to print/prepare your order before shipping. Processing times can extend during peak seasons, new drops, or holidays.

Order Changes/Cancellations: We begin production quickly. If you need to update the shipping address, item, size, or cancel, email sentco25@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes once production starts.
2) Estimated Shipping Timeframes (after processing)
United States (contiguous): 2–7 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO: 5–12 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Europe: 5–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Rest of World: 7–20 business days
These are estimates provided by carriers/print providers. Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs, local postal services, weather, or peak volume.
3) Shipping Rates

Rates are shown at checkout and are calculated based on destination, weight, and service level selected.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions that will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4) Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different facilities. You’ll receive a tracking email for each parcel.

Signature Required: Not standard. If you need signature confirmation, contact us before ordering so we can try to accommodate (additional fees may apply).
5) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your name, street number, unit/apartment, city, state, postal code, and country are correct at checkout.

We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to sender as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage applies). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6) Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please:

Check with household members, neighbors, or building management

Look for a notice or alternate delivery spot (porch, side door, mail room)

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

After those steps, email sentco25@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll assist with a carrier trace.

We are not liable for packages after a carrier marks them Delivered. Replacements may be offered at our discretion.
7) Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please email sentco25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Order number
-
Photos of the item, packing slip, and shipping box (including label)

We’ll work with our print partner to replace or refund as appropriate.
8) International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, import fees, and handling charges set by your country.

These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing can delay delivery beyond our estimates. We do not control or expedite customs.
9) Preorders / Limited Drops

If an item is marked Preorder, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page and/or in your order confirmation.

Orders containing preorder items may ship once the preorder is ready. We may split shipments at our discretion.
10) Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to countries where carriers or customs restrictions prevent reliable delivery. If an order is placed to a restricted destination, we’ll cancel it and issue a refund.

Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain service levels; if that’s the case, we’ll contact you for an alternate address.
11) Weather, Carrier & Peak Season Delays

Once an order is tendered to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, natural events, strikes, peak holiday volumes, or carrier network issues.
12) Order Not Received (No Tracking Movement)

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days (US) or 12 business days (international), email sentco25@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.
13) Gifts
-
If an order is marked as a gift, the packing slip will not include prices. The recipient may still be responsible for import duties/taxes on international shipments.
